  • Builds your professional record as a school leader
  • You know exactly what's needed before you start
Where to find it

Your ePortfolio has 3 parts

2. ePortfolio Submission

This is where you submit your work. Upload files and write your reflection here.

3. ePortfolio Database

Add individual artefacts and evidence entries here as you go through the unit.

💡 Tip: Find all three in the ePortfolio Task section of your unit.

What to include

Good artefacts = good marks

Pro tips

How to score Exemplary

  • 🎯
Start early. Collect artefacts throughout the unit — don't leave it to the last week.
  • 📸
Show, don't just tell. A photo of an actual activity beats a description every time.
  • 🔗
Link evidence to the task. Every artefact should connect clearly to the rubric criteria.
  • 📊
Include learner data. Grades, attendance rates, participation numbers — any data showing impact.
  • ✍️
Be honest in reflection. What went wrong and what you learned is more valuable than claiming perfection.
  • 📂
Organise your files. Label files clearly (e.g. "ICT_Plan_March2026.pdf") before uploading.
Common questions

FAQ

❓ How many files can I upload?
Up to 5 files per submission. Use a ZIP file if you have more artefacts to share.
❓ Can I edit my submission after saving?
Yes — until you click "Submit assignment". After that, editing is locked. Make sure everything is ready before you submit.
❓ Where do I see my grade and feedback?
In the same ePortfolio Submission activity — click on it after your tutor has marked it. The rubric will show exactly where marks were gained or lost.
❓ What file types are accepted?
PDF, Word documents, images (JPG, PNG), Excel files, and ZIP files are all fine.
